These terms set out the agreement between you and Zipay when you use our website or engage us for digital strategy, design, development, and marketing services.
Services and approvals
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Timely feedback and approval are required to maintain agreed delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Final approved deliverables transfer to you after all invoices are paid in full. Zipay retains ownership of internal processes, working files, and any pre-existing tools or frameworks.
